How do I start using the Flow Cup?

How do I insert a Flow Cup?

1. Wash your hands
2. Fold the cup between your thumb and forefinger 
3. Gently push the cup inside your vagina like a tampon 
4. Allow the cup to open inside your vaigne and ensure that it is fully unfolded by running your finger outside the edge. To ensure little to no leaks there should be a suction effect through proper insertion.

Care & Storage Instructions

How do I clean my Flow Cup?

Your cup must be disinfected before storing each month. You should clean your cup by rinsing with water then boiling it in a pot or pan of water for 3 minutes. Ensure there is enough water so the cup does not touch the bottom of the pot. After boiling, wait until your cup is cool and dry to store in the cotton bag that came with your Flow Cup.

How do I store my Flow Cup? 

You should store your cup in the cotton bag that came with your Flow Cup. This cotton provides a breathable environment so many moisture can dry and evaporate. You can wash this storage bag through a delicate cycle or by hand when necessary.

What are your shipping and delivery terms?

Shipments will be sent through Canada Post and customers are responsible for handling shipping costs.
