The BEST decision
"When I first heard about menstrual cups, it seemed like a great idea to me. But the amount of information and choices regarding it quite honestly overwhelmed. Then I came on the ruby cup website and the clear information given there helped to make a decision regarding the size I should buy but also answered some questions regarding using the cup and cleaning it. Now, over a year later, I must admit that this was a great decision for me. It took some time for me to get use to handling everything (best to practice a few times when you are not on your period) but now it has become so easy and natural to me. The cup has also helped me to develop a better relationship with my own body and definitively lead to less menstrual cramps. All in all: I can only recommend it. You are doing a good thing for yourself and someone else!"- Alyssa Vancouver, BC
One of the best purchases I ever made!
"I LOVE my Flow Cup! It is one of my favourite products ever. We had quite a rough start, but once I started to relax and really gave the cup a chance we became good friends. I had always struggled with my period, practically and in my head. The cup makes my daily life so much easier, cheaper, I sleep better, worry much less... The advantages are endless! And: it was an important factor that led me into a process of rethinking what I believed about my body, womanhood, periods and sexuality. Since I started using the cup my relationship with my body became better and better. I have never been felt so comfortable with my periods, my body and as a woman. Thank you!!!!"

A Woman's Staple
"I love my Flow Cup so much. I had no idea how much effort tampons actually are until I got a Flow Cup - I change my cup twice a day and it’s so comfortable to wear. To put it in, I wet it, fold it in half and slide it in. I run my finger around the bottom of it to make sure it’s fully expanded and it’s done. I did have to cut the stem all the way off on mine but I don’t have any issues getting it out. I pinch the bottom to break the seal and it slides out. Dump it in the toilet, rinse it if you can and slide it back in. Usually I can time this so I don’t have to do it while I’m out, but I have done it out. Just be careful that your hands are clean and you wipe down afterwards. I would and do recommend this to absolutely everyone. It makes my period significantly easier to manager, it’s cheaper than tampons, and it’s eco friendly compared to tampons! Love love love."- Michaela, Edmonton, AB
